What's included
Every month we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, categorize your transactions, and prepare your financial statements. You get a P&L and balance sheet that reflect what's actually happening in your business. We catch misclassified expenses, duplicate entries, and errors before they compound into bigger problems.
How pricing works
Your rate is based on the expense volume run through your business each month. A contractor with $10,000 in expenses pays less than one with $100,000. We review your accounts, quote a flat monthly price, and that's what you pay. If your business grows significantly, we adjust the rate. Otherwise it stays the same.
