How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your rate depends on expense volume and the services you need. Job costing, payroll, and other add-ons are priced separately. We'll give you a clear quote after reviewing your situation.
My books are behind. Can you help?
Yes. We do catch-up work to bring your books current. Pricing depends on how far behind things are and how much cleanup is needed. Once we're caught up, we move into regular monthly service.
Is there a contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime if the service is no longer a fit.
How do I send you documents?
We use a secure portal for document uploads. It takes a few minutes to set up and we'll walk you through it when we start working together.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Everything can be done remotely. We're based in American Fork if you're nearby and prefer to meet, but most clients work with us entirely online.
Do I need QuickBooks?
Yes. We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it set up yet, we can help you get started. We're certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors.
What do I need to do each month?
Just connect your bank feeds and upload any receipts we can't access directly. Most clients spend 15 minutes or less each month on this.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We handle payroll processing, tax deposits, quarterly filings, and year-end W-2s.
Do you file taxes?
No. We prepare your books so your CPA has clean records at tax time. We file sales tax returns, but income tax filing stays with your accountant.
How does job costing work?
We track costs by project, phase, and cost code. This lets you see exactly which jobs are profitable and where your money is going. If you're a contractor running multiple jobs at once, this is how you know what's actually working.
How quickly do you respond?
Within 24 hours. If you reach out with a question, you'll hear back the same day or the next morning.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move straight into monthly service.
